Build Your First AI Employee Live: It Finds Your Bottlenecks and Tells You What's Working
You're doing it all yourself: the sales, the follow-up, the projects and every little task in between. Come build an AI project manager with me, live. By the end of our hour together it's set up in your business, it keeps track of what's open, it flags what's stuck, and it gives you a rundown every morning.

That's 1 PM Eastern and 10 AM Pacific, and it's free. Bring your laptop, because you'll be building yours right alongside me.

REAL PEOPLE, REAL PROOF
I'd rather show you than tell you, so here are a few people who stopped carrying every open loop in their head.
“Every morning at 7:38, I get a list of referrals for our business.”
Co-owner, Bubbles and Beyond, on the agent that scans her Facebook groups for referrals
“The last 2 calls I’ve had, I ran it through GrokBot, the sales call coach. And so I know exactly what parts of the script I need to practice.”

This is for you if...
You run your business on your own. You're the salesperson, the follow-up department, the project manager and the one who remembers everything. It works, right up until the week it doesn't.
- So much of your business lives in your head that taking a day off feels risky.
- Follow-ups slip through the cracks, not because you don't care, but because you're the only one sending them.
- You start most mornings trying to remember what you were in the middle of yesterday.
- You know something needs your attention, but it's hard to tell what to look at first.
- You're paying for a pile of AI tools, and none of them actually helps you on a regular Tuesday.
If you read that list and thought "okay, that's me," you're in the right place. You aren't doing it wrong. You've just never had anyone keeping track alongside you, and that's what we're going to build together.
This isn't for you if you're hoping for a demo to watch and never use, because we really do build on this call.
What you'll walk away with
Here's what you'll have set up by the end of our time together, with an example of how each one shows up in a solo business.

- 1.
An AI project manager that knows your business.
We build it together, live, and it holds your open projects, tasks and follow-ups so they stop living only in your head. If you're a consultant, that might look like your three active client projects and each one's next step, all sitting in one place.
- 2.
A morning rundown.
Each morning it tells you what's due, what's overdue and what's waiting on you. If you're a coach, you might open your laptop and see two follow-ups to send and one client deliverable due Friday.
- 3.
A heads-up when something's stuck.
It points out the things that haven't moved, so they don't quietly go cold. If you're a designer, it might notice that a proposal went out nine days ago with no reply and nudge you to follow up.
- 4.
A simple look back at your week.
It gives you a plain list of what got done, what slipped and where your week actually went. It won't tell you how to run your business, but it hands you an honest picture so you can decide for yourself.
I want to be straight with you about what this is. It won't run your business or make your decisions. What it will do is keep track for you, so you stop being the only one holding every thread.
Save My SeatWhy most AI tools don't stick

Most of us already pay for a few AI tools, and here's the honest reason they end up gathering dust. Every one of them starts from zero. A blank chat doesn't know your clients, your projects or what you promised someone last Tuesday, so you end up doing all the remembering and explaining yourself.
I think of it as two boxes. The first box is the tool, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or whatever comes out next month. It's rented, and it's replaceable. The second box is what the tool knows about you: your projects, your clients, your follow-ups and how you like things done. You set that up once, and it's what turns a generic chatbot into a project manager that's actually useful.
Anyone can copy your tool, but nobody can copy what yours knows about your business. On the call we'll set up both boxes, so your project manager actually knows what's on your plate.

MEET YOUR HOST
Brooke Elder
Hey friend, I'm Brooke, and I learned this one the hard way.
My first business, a web design and marketing agency, sold for ten cents on the dollar in 2015 because I had no systems. Everything lived in my head, and it turns out that doesn't sell. I've been building systems ever since. In 2019 I built bot coaches, before most people had heard of AI agents. They ran check-ins and answered client questions, and they were consistent in a way a tired human at 9 PM just isn't.
Before any of this I was a first-grade teacher, so I promise none of it will be explained in a way that makes you feel silly. My whole approach comes down to this: you stay the brain, and AI becomes the hands.

Here's exactly what it is
We'll spend 60 minutes together live on Tuesday, November 24, starting at 11 AM Mountain. I'll build an AI project manager on screen step by step, and you'll build yours right along with me. It's truly live, so you can ask questions as we go. If you can't make it, register anyway and I'll send you the replay.
The training is completely free. I'll also be honest with you up front: there's an offer at the end, for anyone who wants to keep going with us. I'm telling you now so you can stop wondering and just enjoy building. I also have bonuses that are only for people who attend live, so if you can, come live and stay until the very end.
“I just made one to clean up my hard drive because I was running out of space on my hard drive, and it went and found all these duplicate files.”

FAQ
Is this going to be an hour of pitch?
No. There's one offer, it comes at the end, and I'm telling you about it now so you aren't bracing for it the whole time. Everything before that is us building together, and you keep what you build whether or not you ever work with us.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. There's no code. If you can type a message, you can build this.
I'm a one-person business. Is it too early for this?
Honestly, it's the right time. Most solo owners wait until they're buried before they get help. An AI project manager can be your first hire, long before you're ready to hire a person.
Will it run my business for me?
No, and I won't pretend it does. It keeps track of your tasks, follow-ups and projects, it flags what's stuck, and it gives you a morning rundown. You still make the calls, but you stop being the only one keeping track.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway, and I'll send you the replay. Just know the live bonuses are only for people who attend live, so come live if you can.
Picture a regular morning a few weeks from now. You open your laptop and your project manager has already laid out what's due, what's slipping and what's waiting on you. You don't have to rebuild your to-do list from memory, and nothing quietly goes cold because you were busy.
If you change nothing, next month probably looks a lot like this one, with every follow-up still living in your head. That isn't a disaster. It's just what happens by default, and you deserve a little more help than that.
Come build yours with me on Tuesday, November 24 at 11 AM Mountain. It's free, and I'd love to see you there.
